How to make Bleach Alternative and have a safe and healthy home!

Just the smell of bleach is enough to make you not feel well!
Makes breathing difficult & eyes water. Bleach is a strong corrosive. It will irritate or burn the skin, eyes and respiratory tract. It causes pulmonary edema or vomiting and coma if ingested.
WARNING! Never mix bleach with ammonia it may cause fumes which may be deadly.
So what do you do?

Chlorine bleach is very hard on your clothes. Not to mention the
environment. Definitely not safe for our kids!

To whiten clothes add a cup of lemon juice to the wash cycle to boost the whitening
action of your laundry detergent.
If stains are heavy them pour the lemon juice over the stain then rub the area with salt. Then place the garment out in the sun for several hours.Wash as usual.


Counter tops and hard surfaces Mix a paste of Lemon juice and baking soda. Apply the mixture to the stain, allow it to sit for several hours. Wipe clean and the stain should be gone.

Some hard core stains require a second treatment.


Plastic storage containers Make a paste of lemon juice and baking soda to remove stains.


To Sanitize Fill a spray bottle with the juice of 1 lemon, fill with water.

Spray the area then rinse with water.
